In this case, your order is executed by sending us an e-mail to info@locoss.com with the nominal deposit of the final amount of the order (the remittance costs are borne by the buyer), to which must be mentioned as a reason, the order number. The time of shipment starts from the date of confirmation of the deposit. After 3 business days, the order is automatically canceled.

Credit Card Payment:

Credit / debit card payments are absolutely secure as you can submit your security details and passwords through Eurobank, which is a pioneering bank adopting new security standards for card payment transactions, such as the 3DSecure protocol that forms the basis of a series services provided by MasterCard and Visa internationally (Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode), protecting the parties and minimizing the likelihood of malicious actions or abusive exploits sophisticated systems, detecting and preventing fraud in card payments, has established the mandatory use of the standard TLS 1.2 for secure data transfer.
This way you have the certainty that your card details are not submitted to us but directly to the Bank, so they will not be in any way intercepted.

Any Transaction via Cards implies a prior full understanding of the terms of use and operation of the system. Our Company gives the ability to pay through credit, debit and prepaid cards (except AMEX, Diners & CUP). All payments made using a card are processed through the Alpha Bank e-Commerce platform of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. The payment is made in cooperation with Cardlink.
There is no extra charge for using Credit and Debit Cards.


Shipping methods

Time of Product Preparation & Delivery
The time we need to start the shipment of our products is set from 0 to 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).
The delivery time of the products is determined by the day of the shipment start and varies according to the shipping company you choose in the shopping cart.

The available shipping methods are with the following carriers:

Dispatch with DHL, TNT, UPS, ACS, Courier Center, ELTA Courier and many more depending on the destination country. From Locoss.com there is a shipping charge that is configured by the shipping company itself and is displayed in detail before your order is completed.

Delivery
Order processing, product collection and shipments are made every day (Monday to Friday) during business hours. Deliveries are not made on public holidays, the days when our warehouse is closed due to the annual inventory, as well as on weekends.

Estimated delivery time
Orders placed at locoss.com on working days until 13.00 will normally be delivered from 2 to 3 business days. 

Indications of delivery time and availability
Note that before completing your order, you will find an indication of the expected delivery time for each product. The indicated time is indicative and not binding. It is clarified that the final confirmation of availability is made during the processing of the order and collection of the products at the distribution center where the ordering of the order is finalized and scheduled. As long as the products are not available, Locoss.com reserves the right not to accept this order and to refuse that sale. In this case, Locoss will notify and refund all the price of the canceled order. Orders are processed on a daily basis during business days and hours. The total delivery time depends on several factors, such as the available means of transport to the delivery point you have selected.

Update in case of unavailable products
For orders with products that are not immediately available but upon request, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time of the products. The update usually takes place within the next two business days from the date of the order using the contact details you have filled in your order.

Our cooperation with Courier:
Locoss.com for faster and more reliable delivery of products to its customer, cooperates with Courier Companies: DHL, TNT, UPS, ACS, Courier Center, ELTA Courier and many more depending on the destination country. Locoss.com allows you to track the progress of your On-Line order on the courier company site by completing the tracking number.
